@ Bilal, jee bilkul,I can't recall the exact wordings but one of the noble and full of wisdom sayings of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) points out that Allah helps those who helps others. I will post that beautiful saying soon! I have it saved up.

@Farhan: I think No. Its the other way around: Nature is a part of this world.
I perceive it this way:
The world is part of nature. Laws of Nature set by Allah, with his divine knowledge overrides laws of this world that humans have established.

I think by "laws of this world" the writer means to imply the "laws made by the people". laws made by people are what people in a certain point of time/space think of to be absolutely correct. The writers trying to say is that the laws people have made so far (especilally in the scenario discussed ) are different from the the laws of nature, and that one can only benefit fully by following the laws of nature.

Perhaps all three of us were/are of the same view point but expressing it in a different way.
Humans may resort to being selfish, immoral,dishonest, insensitive etc to achieve little worldly gains but sooner or later the law of nature sets in and such humans find themselves to be in a state of loss (at least in terms of inner peace and self respect). So if you want more, you got to give more and may it come back manifold times for the better.
