The quote below striked to me. It's from the movie
Pursuit of Happiness which is based on the inspiring true story on the struggle in the life of
Christopher Gardner.
"You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period. "
~Christopher Gardner [to his son]
I also liked the following quote from the movie
The curious case of Benjamin Button. The movie itself is interesting too. It's longer then the usual Hollywood movies and gets a bit slow. Nevertheless I liked it and would recommend it. The movie has no twists and turns. It's simply about the life of a person who ages backwards and that's the whole charm of the movie.
"For what it's worth: it's never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again."
~Benjamin Button [Voice over; letter to his daughter]
